 I am an educator that has been teaching music in many forms and mediums over the past 9 years, and am the founder of KeysWithKids! I started out as a private flute instructor for 5th graders in Minnesota, then went on to teach a multitude of classes at the Brooklyn Music School such as: music production, choir, songwriting, piano, guitar, ukulele, and hip hop dance over the course of 4 years. I occasionally teach hip hop dance classes at Mark Morris Dance Group, and have spent time as an elementary school music teacher in the Bronx. I look forward to helping you or your loved one on their musical journey!

 As a music educator with over a decade of experience, I specialize in teaching voice, piano, and songwriting to help children build confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for music. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, I bring real-world expertise and creativity to every lesson. I tailor my approach to each child’s unique needs, focusing on technique, self-expression, and fostering a positive, supportive environment. Whether through vocal exercises, piano repertoire, or songwriting using tools like Ableton Live, my goal is to inspire your child to thrive musically and personally.

Music composer, producer, DJ, and mixing/mastering engineer are all hats I wear in the music industry. I studied Ethnomusicology at Indiana University (2013) and have been performing and DJing in the New York City music scene since 2015. Specializing in all genres from the avant-garde to pop, I'm able to teach the foundations of music production and DJing from beginner to advanced levels. I look forward to helping you take your songs from an idea to a fully finished and polished product.
